Dr. Bharadia grew up in Calgary, starting his post-secondary education at Mount Royal University in 2010.
After three years of undergraduate studies, he was accepted into the Optometry school at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. During his time in Puerto Rico, Dr. Bharadia learned some clinical Spanish and participated in many volunteer screenings that helped provide eye care to the less fortunate.
In his final year of education, Dr. Bharadia completed clinical externships focused on private practice in Edmonton, ocular disease in Miami, as well as refractive and cataract surgery in Los Angeles. He has also done research in developing therapies to treat dry eye disease. In 2017, Dr. Bharadia graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree, returning to Calgary to join the team at Dr. Bishop & Associates.
Dr. Bharadia enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with his family and friends. He also loves to play golf. Dr. Bharadia is a member of the Canadian Association of Optometrists, Alberta Association of Optometrists, and the Calgary Society of Optometrists.
